Your Reflection and Your Response

Dear Friends,

 

I hope you had a very enjoyable start to this week.

 

We are entering a time ahead that offers us a platform to both reflect and respond.

 

Why are you receiving this message from me?

Because you are in my inner circle. Because I have seen you grow and embrace the process of awareness. Because I have seen you courageously address your fears and clearly articulate your strengths. Because I have heard you declare your victories and admit to your blind spots…and because you are willing to do what it takes to generate more high performance, peace and success.

 

You are building momentum amidst change and shift. It is an exciting time to encourage ourselves to strengthen our current pathway. I am grateful for the times we have together either in person and/or on the phone and I am determined to help you bridge the time between now and the summer ahead.

 

Please take a moment to acknowledge yourself for two things you have done very well in this month of May:

  • Something in your personal life

  • A success in your professional sphere

  • A challenge you have overcome

  • A boundary that you have established

  • A consistent habit you have stayed with

  • A situation where you have helped someone

  • A key decision you have made

  • A progression in a relationship

Why is all this important right now? What is the purpose?

 

The more we fortify our foundation with what we're doing well, what we want to keep going and the changes required for a clear mind and strong heart, the more space we create for our own purpose, direction and plan.

 

We are setting the stage for a very solid and successful series of weeks leading up to the summer.
