The September Opportunity

Dear Friends,

We hope you have had an enjoyable and meaningful start to September! It is such an intriguing time of the calendar…

This month marks the beginning of the unofficial New Year when we emerge from the summer, step into the pace and navigate the first few weeks of structure and routine. That being said, it is rarely a linear and smooth ride to start.

I have had the true privilege of being a coach and trainer for 20 years now. In these two decades, I have had the honour of leading over 27,000 hours of one-to-one sessions with many amazing and genuine people. I sincerely and humbly share this due to the fact that I have come to know the seasons of mindset very well. Up until mid-September, there is a process of getting re-settled, re-calibrated, re-organized and re-focused. It really does take those first two weeks of this particular month to establish rhythm after July and August. Yet, seeing as we have now surpassed September 15th, the process has begun.

We now have the space and platform to elevate our discipline, commitment and consistency to our health and fitness.

Each of us has a reason for honouring our health…and each story, YOUR story, matters. For the second half of September and these remaining 10 days of the month, let’s author our next chapter by calmly and confidently honing in on our self-care.

Our Renewed Balance Team is very excited to help guide you through these next stages, ensure that your program is individualized to your needs and dedicated to supporting you as you embrace the upcoming Fall season. We have a cumulative total of over 60 years of coaching and training experience and it still feels like a brand new start when we step into The September Opportunity with you.

We are very grateful to be part of your team...

“In dwelling, live close to the ground.

In thinking, keep to the simple.

In conflict, be fair and generous.

In governing, don’t try to control.

In work, do what you enjoy.

In life, be completely present.”

~ Tao Le Ching (The Book of the Way of Virtue)

Keep making good things happen. Work hard. Inspire others. And share gratitude with that person in the mirror.

With love and our best thoughts,
